Dear God, I know that I have sinned and done wrong.  I ask you to forgive all my sins.  I want to live your way with your help. Jesus, I do believe you are God's Son who died on the cross for me.  I now invite you into my life.  I want to live for you and serve you.  Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer.  In Jesus' name.  Amen.
